Documentation: River Templates
This template contains exactly what it suggests - links to every Bridge (and other crossings such as Ferries, Causeways and Tunnels) over the River(s) in the title.
Whilst it is possible to use this template as a stand-alone, it is designed for use within the Navbox, where it appears as a Cat item.
