Documentation: English Counties
This template contains exactly what it suggests - links to every Traditional County in England, with the arguable exception of Monmouthshire which appears on Template:Welsh Counties.
Whilst it is possible to use this template as a stand-alone, it is designed for use within the Navbox, where it appears as a Cat item.
