Built: 4 Sep 1888 Closed: Jul 1931 Company:

Lanarkshire & Ayrshire Railway Location: Ayrshire Located to the north of Ardrossan station on the west side of the line. Construction: It was a brick built 4 track straight dead-ended shed with a northlight pattern slate roof. Facilities: Included a 42ft turntable, a coal stage and a water tank. 

At sometime	The turntable was enlarged to 51ft 4in.
After Jul 1931	The shed was used for locomotive storage.
